It now has 1900 ft-lbs of torque. molded-on hammer case protective cover. patented exhaust silencing technology lowers noise to 88 dBA which is the quietest in this class of tools. The 1880-P-A now has the "pinless" hammer mechanism which has proven to be the most durable mechanism in this size impact. In addition it has the patented AIRCAT ergonomic grip for the ultimate in user comfort.
